This is a NAJA 30 built by Wistocks Boatyard (England), a modern sailing vessel constructed using the W.E.S.T. epoxy system and primarily mahogany wood (making osmosis impossible). A comfortable ocean-going cabin cruiser with up to 7 berths (realistically 5 berths), offering high directional stability, a long service life, and minimal maintenance requirements. Two berths in the forepeak feature electric adjustment of the head and foot sections. The entire interior is finished in natural mahogany with "International" clear varnish. The underwater hull is coated with CopperCoat, a 10-15 year anti-fouling system, and laminated. The NAJA is a fast boat with a waterline length of 8.30 m, which translates to a hull speed of 7 knots (approx. 13 km/h). Its generous beam of 3.20 meters provides below-deck spaciousness not typically found even on larger boats. Headroom is approx. 1.88 m. On deck, the boat features a generously sized and comfortable self-draining cockpit where all steering controls and instruments are located. Ideal for 6 people. The engine is a 28 hp Nanni diesel that has always been regularly maintained. There is a shaft generator that supplies the boat with electricity while anchored in the river. There is also a wind generator. Additionally, there is a one-year-old inflatable boat with a 2 hp outboard motor. Furthermore, there is a 6 hp outboard motor, 2 years old, which can also propel the boat at 6 knots. The autopilot system is a Rymarin tiller steering system that also works in conjunction with the wind vane steering. There is also a 40-square-meter spinnaker in a spinnaker bag with accessories. Otherwise, the usual mooring lines, fenders, etc. I would also like to mention that Mytilini has an airport, 4 kilometers from Lespos Marina—my berth—which has flight connections from Düsseldorf.
