technisch ist das Boot ok:
Maschine annähernd neu, stehendes laufendes Gut vom Rigger inspiziert und vorher  teilweise erneuert,
Rumpf und Borddurchlässe ok
Polster wurden getauscht, comfort WC neu, Boiler und Duschabwasserpumpe getauscht

optisch kann auf jeden Fall einiges gemacht werden bei Bedarf:
Füßböden im Salon aufarbeiten
Teak im Cockpit gegen Flexyteak tauschen, Niedergangstür von außen neu streichen
UV Streifen der Genua erneuern ( Segel 8 bis 10 Jahre )
an einer Luke und an einem Fenster waren Undichtigkeiten , nun müßte das Holz darunter aufgearbeitet werden

Engine is nearly new; standing and running rigging inspected by a rigger and partially replaced previously,
Hull and through-hull fittings are in good condition
Upholstery has been replaced; new comfort toilet; boiler and shower waste pump have been replaced

Visually, there is definitely room for improvement if needed:
Refurbish the salon flooring
Replace the teak in the cockpit with Flexyteak; repaint the companionway door from the outside
Replace the UV strip on the genoa (sail is 8 to 10 years old)
There were leaks around one hatch and one window; the wood underneath now needs to be refinished
