Notes

1999 Hunter Channel 27, GBP 18,500

I have owned Layla Too since 2018 and had some good family adventures. The full headroom in most of the main cabin make staying onboard a pleasure.
As well as a refurbished Yanmar 1G10 diesel the boat has 2 x electric e- propulsion POD1 units fitted with dual throttle control using the integrated E 40 (2 kw@48v) battery. The throttle control display shows regeneration when sailing or power /RPM when POD running.
The PODs can be used with or separate to the diesel allowing added manoeuvrability/ additional power when needed. The PODs also act as auxilary.
There is also a 2.4kw battery bank + solar panel serving a 2 KW Inverter - this is used for kettle, tools, small heater and charging the POD battery from solar. This battery bank can also be charged from the diesel. There is also the normal engine and house 12 v systems.
Chartplotter is Simrad GO-XSE - NMEA2000 connected
-GO-XSE has a a Totalscan Transducer bonded in Hull midship
VHF is B&G DSC , AIS receiver - NMEA2000 connected via backbone hub
A regular sounder is mounted in bow with display on coachroof along with wind speed - direction.
