The Grand Soleil 45 offers a practical cruising layout with a master suite and private bathroom, plus two further double cabins and a second bathroom. Principal dimensions are 14.00 m LOA, 4.00 m beam and 2.52 m draft, with displacement of approximately 11 tonnes. The yacht is fitted with a Yanmar 4JH2E diesel rated at 63 hp, showing approximately 2,600 engine hours.

Sail handling equipment includes a UK mainsail and Quantum genoa, both dated 2007, together with a newer Dacron foresail and 2007 standing rigging. The electrical package comprises three 200 W solar panels, a 500 W wind generator, four Exide 100 Ah AGM service batteries and a separate battery for the VHF, with the energy equipment and batteries dated 2024 where specified.
