1979 Asmus Hanseat 70 Mk III, EUR 29,900

Die Mk III ist die signifikante Weiterentwicklung der 70 und damit auch schneller, was sich im Yardstick Faktor 104 wiederfindet. Das Schiff wurde gut gepflegt und konsequent auf Bedienung aus dem Cockpit angepasst, was auch einen Unterschied zur 70er darstellt.
Viele Fallen und Trimmleinen können so aus dem Cockpit bedient werden, ohne dass jemand an den Mast muß. Das Boot verfügt über einen Pinnenpiloten (Simrad, kompatibel Raymarine) und einen 7" Garmin 525 Plotter und eine elektrische Ankerwinsch mit Fernbedienung.
2022 wurde das alte Antifouling komplett abgetragen (keinerlei Osmose), drei Lagen West-Epoxi mit Aluminiumpulver und neues Gelshield sowie drei Lagen Antifouling Micron 350 aufgetragen (rot, dann 2x schwarz). Danach jedes Jahr eine neue Schicht Micron 350 schwarz. Der Rumpf ist von der Werft aus sehr massiv gebaut. Die Marine hat diesen Typ seit 1980 bis heute zur Ausbildung.
Lazybag wurde vor drei Jahren ersetzt, die Sprayhood und die Kuchenbude sind brandneu aus Sommer 2026. Ebenfalls dieses Jahr wurde die Salonluke erneuert und mit Oceanshades (Mücken- und Sonnenrollo) versehen. Der Kicker wurde 2025 durch einen modernen von Selden ersetzt. Die Hölzer sind in einem guten Zustand und wurden regelmäßig lackiert und geschützt.
Unter Deck wurde das Interieur modernisiert und aktualisiert. So gibt es indirekte LED-Beleuchtung, dimmbar und einen modernen beleuchteten Spiegel im Bad. Das Batterieladegerät ist ein Victron BlueSmart IP22 von 2024.
Weitere Segel (Groß, Fock II, Blister/Gennaker, Spinnaker, u.w.) sind vorhanden. Das Boot ist segelklar und liegt derzeit zur Besichtigung in Berlin-Wannsee.
Ein günstiger Liegeplatz im Stadthafen von Rostock wäre auf Anfrage möglich und wir bringen das Boot auch ggf. an die Ostsee. Dadurch, dass hier immer wieder reinvestiert wurde kaufen Sie kein Boot in das erst mal tausende von Euro reingesteckt werden müssen, um es nutzen zu können.

The Mk III is a significant evolution of the 70 and is therefore faster, as reflected in its Yardstick factor of 104. The boat has been well maintained and consistently adapted for operation from the cockpit, which is another difference from the 70.
Many halyards and trim lines can thus be operated from the cockpit without anyone having to climb the mast. The boat is equipped with an autopilot (Simrad, Raymarine-compatible), a 7" Garmin 525 chartplotter, and an electric anchor winch with remote control.
In 2022, the old antifouling was completely stripped (no osmosis whatsoever), and three coats of West Epoxy with aluminum powder and new Gelshield were applied, followed by three coats of Micron 350 antifouling (red, then two coats of black). Since then, a new coat of black Micron 350 has been applied every year. The hull is very solidly built by the shipyard. The Navy has been using this model for training from 1980 to the present.
The lazy bag was replaced three years ago; the sprayhood and cockpit cover are brand-new from the summer of 2026. Also this year, the saloon hatch was replaced and fitted with Oceanshades (mosquito and sun blinds). The halyard block was replaced in 2025 with a modern one from Selden. The wooden components are in good condition and have been regularly varnished and protected.
Below deck, the interior has been modernized and updated. This includes dimmable indirect LED lighting and a modern, illuminated mirror in the bathroom. The battery charger is a Victron BlueSmart IP22 from 2024.
Additional sails (mainsail, jib II, blister/gennaker, spinnaker, etc.) are available. The boat is ready to sail and is currently available for viewing in Berlin-Wannsee.
An affordable berth in Rostock’s city harbor would be available upon request, and we can also transport the boat to the Baltic Sea if needed. Because the boat has been consistently maintained and upgraded, you aren’t buying a boat that requires an initial investment of thousands of euros just to make it seaworthy.
