Charmante en specifieke platbodem uit 1904 met vaste ligplaats in de jachthaven van VVW Mendonk. De boot heeft 4 slaapplaatsen, is in zeer goede staat en beschikt daarenboven over de nodige vlaggenbrief en vlakrapport. In de huidige jachthaven is GEEN DOMICILIE mogelijk! In augustus 2024 werd het schip volledig voorzien van een nieuw verfsysteem van Epifanes, waarbij het volledige systeem opnieuw werd opgebouwd vanaf de primerlagen volgens de voorschriften van de fabrikant. Hierdoor is het schip opnieuw duurzaam beschermd tegen corrosie en weersinvloeden. Daarnaast werden de zwaarden vernieuwd. De oorspronkelijke houten zwaarden werden vervangen door nieuwe stalen exemplaren, wat zorgt voor een grotere duurzaamheid en minder onderhoud in de toekomst.
Ook de huiddoorvoeren werden preventief vervangen door roestvrijstalen exemplaren. Hierdoor zijn deze beter bestand tegen corrosie en is toekomstig onderhoud beperkt. Verder werd de schroefas grondig gereinigd en nagezien. De anodes werden eveneens vervangen om een optimale bescherming tegen galvanische corrosie te garanderen. Uit het vlakrapport blijkt bovendien dat de staaldikte van het schip nog ruim voldoende is en dat het onderwaterschip zich in goede staat bevindt.

A charming and unique flat-bottomed boat from 1904 with a permanent berth at the VVW Mendonk marina. The boat sleeps 4, is in very good condition, and also comes with the required certificate of registration and hull survey report. DOMICILE is NOT possible at the current marina! In August 2024, the vessel was completely refitted with a new Epifanes paint system, with the entire system rebuilt from the primer layers onward according to the manufacturer’s specifications. As a result, the vessel is once again durably protected against corrosion and weathering. In addition, the centerboards were replaced. The original wooden centerboards were replaced with new steel ones, ensuring greater durability and reduced future maintenance.
The through-hull fittings were also replaced as a preventive measure with stainless steel ones. This makes them more resistant to corrosion and minimizes future maintenance. Furthermore, the propeller shaft was thoroughly cleaned and inspected. The anodes were also replaced to ensure optimal protection against galvanic corrosion. The hull survey report also shows that the ship’s steel thickness is still more than adequate and that the underwater hull is in good condition.
