2012 Custom 19m Motor Yacht Trawler | Fully Wheelchair Accessible | Long Range Capable
Broker's Comment
M/Y WELL presents a highly specialized opportunity as a purpose-built accessible vessel equipped for ocean passages. Its comprehensive layout and existing adaptations make it equally suitable for private use or as a ready-to-operate dedicated accessible charter vessel.
M/Y WELL is a 19-meter steel-hulled motor yacht trawler built in 2012 by Ustaoğlu Yat Gemi San. Tic. Ltd.. The vessel was specifically engineered and constructed to accommodate four wheelchair-using guests. Access to the vessel is facilitated by an extra-wide passarella designed for wheelchairs. The main deck features wide passages that connect the stern to the foredeck without restriction. In the saloon, the seating around the table is electrically adjustable to accommodate guests in wheelchairs.
A central feature of the yacht's layout is the full-size elevator, which provides access across all three levels: the flybridge, the main deck, and the lower deck. The lower deck contains three en-suite guest cabins, including a full-beam master cabin located aft and two single cabins positioned forward. All guest cabins are wheelchair adapted and feature remote-controlled hospital-type beds. The en-suite bathrooms are modified with lowered sinks and integrated grab rails. For crew, the vessel accommodates up to five members, with a captain's cabin adjacent to the master suite and a bow crew cabin accessible from the foredeck.
The exterior spaces are equally adapted for accessibility. The flybridge is equipped with a Jacuzzi, an electric BBQ, and an Ezberci Compact 600 kg crane. Aft, the extra-large swimming platform extends from the main deck level down to 50 centimeters below the waterline, providing direct access to the sea. Additionally, the vessel includes a 4.3-meter RIB dinghy equipped with a special lift for disabled persons and a 50 HP Evinrude outboard engine.
