Molenmaker en Mantel Kotter 12.25 nieuw binnengevaren bij Allround Yachting.Dit in 2000 in Sneek gebouwde, maar toch klassiek gelijnde, schip heeft een gejoggelde en daardoor zeer sterke romp. De fraaie rondspant-vorm geeft zeer goede vaareigenschappen voor het grote water, iets wat menig ex-zeiler zeer kan waarderen. Er zitten ook twee masten op de boot met een steunzeil. Natuurlijk ook een binnen -en buiten stuurstand zodat varen in veel omstandigheden mogelijk is.Het interieur voelt zeer ruim aan door de hoge plafonds en het enorme volume in dit schip. Er is heel veel opbergruimte mede door een royale hangkast.

De salon heeft een ingang vanaf het royale achterdek voorzien van teak maar ook een zijdeur aan bakboord naast de stuurstand wat het makkelijk maakt om ook vanaf daar aan te meren. De salon heeft een hoekbank met rondom zicht, waar eventueel ook nog geslapen kan worden en een grote tafel én een kaartentafel. 

De U-vormige kombuis aan stuurboord is royaal en licht. Via de twee patrijspoorten kijk je mooi over het water.  Aan bakboord de enorme dinette voor 4 personen en is ook om te bouwen tot tweepersoonsbed. 

Voorin een afsluitbare hut met twee-persoonsbed. Het oppervlak van de matrassen is groot.

Er is een horren -en regenkappenset aanwezig voor de patrijspoorten.

Verlichting is LED en dimbaar via afstandsbediening.

Grote boiler om lang te kunnen douchen en en diesel gestookte hete lucht verwarming met thermostaat voor nog meer comfort het hele jaar door.

De WC en douche in de natte cel bevinden zich in het achterschip tegenover de “inloopkast”. 

Geheel achterin is de eigenaarshut met tweepersoonsbed, grote kasten en kaptafel. Aan iedere zijde twee patrijspoorten en een dekluik om zo vanuit bed de vogeltjes nog beter te horen fluiten.

The Molenmaker en Mantel Kotter 12.25 has recently arrived at Allround Yachting. Built in Sneek in 2000, this vessel features classic lines and a jogged hull, making it exceptionally sturdy. Its beautiful round-bilge shape provides excellent handling characteristics on the open water—a feature that many former sailors will greatly appreciate. The boat also features two masts with a staysail. Naturally, it includes both an indoor and outdoor helm station, allowing for sailing in a wide range of conditions. The interior feels very spacious thanks to the high ceilings and the enormous volume of this vessel. There is plenty of storage space, partly due to a generous wardrobe.

The salon has an entrance from the spacious aft deck, which is fitted with teak, as well as a side door on the port side next to the helm, making it easy to moor from there as well. The salon features a corner sofa with panoramic views, which can also be used for sleeping, along with a large table and a chart table. 

The U-shaped galley on the starboard side is spacious and bright. Through the two portholes, you have a beautiful view of the water. On the port side is the enormous dinette for 4 people, which can also be converted into a double bed.

In the bow is a lockable cabin with a double bed. The mattresses are large.

A set of mosquito nets and rain covers is provided for the portholes.

The lighting is LED and dimmable via remote control.

A large water heater allows for long showers, and a diesel-fired hot-air heating system with a thermostat ensures even more comfort year-round.

The toilet and shower in the wet room are located in the stern opposite the “walk-in closet.”

At the very rear is the owner’s cabin with a double bed, large closets, and a dressing table. There are two portholes on each side and a deck hatch so you can hear the birds singing even better from your bed.
