Die Werft schafft es, durch eine clevere Bauform, 2 Kabinen und zwei WC´s auf nur 9,35 m Bootslänge so zu arrangieren, dass das Raumgefühl einer wesentlich größeren Motoryacht entsteht. Durch die niedrige Bauform (Höhe mit geklappten Mast nur 2,50 m, Höhe mit Persenning und stehendem Mast 3,70 m) können Sie auch Gegenden befahren, die den großen und hohen Charteryachten verborgen bleiben. Die "Dione" ist voll ausgestattet und bietet 2-4 Personen reichlich Platz und Komfort. Die große Fahrstand mit Stühlen und Tisch lässt sich bei Bedarf mit der Persenning komplett verschließen.
Bug- und Heckstrahlruder, elektrische Ankerwinde und Kartenplotter gehören ebenso zu Ausstattung, wie 2 elektrisches WC´s + extra Duschkabine.
Die "Dione" liegt in Plau am See und ist aktuell verchartert. Der zukünftige Eigner kann das Boot entweder nach der nächsten Saison selbst übernehmen, oder als Investment weiterhin in Charter laufen lassen und in buchungsfreien Zeiten selbst nutzen. Für 2027 liegen bereits Buchungen vor. Die Mehrwertsteuer ist ausweisbar, der Nettopreis liegt dementsprechend bei 125.210€. Der Liegeplatz direkt am Plauer See kann ggfs. übernommen werden. With the Linssen 29.9 AC “Dione,” you can explore inland and coastal waters in comfort and style. Thanks to its clever design, the shipyard has managed to arrange two cabins and two restrooms on a boat just 9.35 m long in such a way that it feels as spacious as a much larger motor yacht. Thanks to its low profile (height with the mast down just 2.50 m; height with the cover and mast up 3.70 m), you can also navigate areas that remain inaccessible to large, tall charter yachts. The “Dione” is fully equipped and offers plenty of space and comfort for 2–4 people. The large helm station with chairs and a table can be completely enclosed with the cover if needed.
Bow and stern thrusters, an electric windlass, and a chartplotter are all part of the equipment, as are two electric toilets and an extra shower stall.
The “Dione” is moored in Plau am See and is currently chartered out. The future owner can either take over the boat themselves after the next season or continue to operate it as a charter vessel as an investment and use it personally during periods when it is not booked. Bookings are already in place for 2027. VAT is deductible; the net price is therefore €125,210. The berth directly on Lake Plau can be taken over if desired.
