2002 Keser-Hollandia Keser 1000 S, EUR 61,500

Hallo und herzlichen Dank für Dein Interesse an der Anzeige,
ich verkaufe schweren Herzens, aus beruflichen Gründen, die sehr gepflegte Keser Hollandia.
Das Boot hatte 2 Vorbesitzer, wurde vor 12 Jahren neu lackiert.
Der Motor wurde für die Wintersaison immer mit Frostschutz versehen (kein Rost von innen).
Der Kühlschrank, die Verbraucherbatterien, Schmutzwasserpumpe und die Ganzpersenning wurden im letzten Jahr erneuert (Investition von 8500 Euro).
Aktuell wurde die elektrische Toilette erneuert. Das Boot ist gerade in einer Werft. Auch gut für eine Besichtigung bis Anfang September. Dort wird das Unterwasserschiff komplett neu aufgebaut: Sandstrahlen, Zinkanstrich, 3 Lagen Epoxidharz und Antifouling, 5 Lagen s.Fotos.
Habe 2026 den Rundumlauf, die Badeplattform und die Heckplattform frisch lackiert, s.Fotos.
Das Boot hat eine Außensteuerstand, Bugstrahlruder, elektrische Toilette, ... .
Der sehr sparsame Motor verbraucht pro Stunde ca. 3 Liter Diesel. 2x 250 Liter Tanks.
Ein Schlauchboot von AWN und ein SUP- Board sind dabei. Die komplette Ausstattung bleibt an Bord. Also einfach kaufen und ab in den Urlaub. :-)
Der Liegeplatz mit S-Bahn Anschluss im Südosten Berlins ist bis März 2027 bezahlt und kann eventuell übernommen werden.

It is with a heavy heart that I am selling this very well-maintained Keser Hollandia for professional reasons.
The boat has had two previous owners and was repainted 12 years ago.
The engine was always treated with antifreeze for the winter season (no rust on the inside).
The refrigerator, the service batteries, the waste water pump, and the full cover were replaced last year (an investment of 8,500 euros).
The electric toilet has recently been replaced. The boat is currently at a shipyard. It’s also available for viewing until early September. There, the hull is being completely refurbished: sandblasting, zinc coating, 3 layers of epoxy resin and antifouling, 5 layers—see photos.
In 2026, I freshly painted the fenders, the swim platform, and the stern platform—see photos.
The boat has an outside helm, a bow thruster, an electric toilet, ... .
The very fuel-efficient engine consumes about 3 liters of diesel per hour. It has two 250-liter tanks.
An AWN inflatable boat and a SUP board are included. All equipment remains on board. So just buy it and head off on vacation. :-)
The mooring spot with S-Bahn access in southeast Berlin is paid for through March 2027 and may be transferred to the new owner.
