Ausstattung & Raumaufteilung
Schlafzimmer 1 ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett 160 × 200 cm mit praktischen Stauraumlösungen, das Schlafzimmer 2 hat ein Doppelstockbett 90 × 200 cm. Im
Wohnbereich befindet sich zwei Schlafcouchen (140 × 200 cm) mit ausklappbarer Liegefläche. Der Essbereich hat einen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, Geschirrschrank und komplette Ausstattung für 6 Personen. Die Küche (Pantry) mit elektrischen Geräten, Spüle, Stauraum und Essplatz. Das Bad besitzt ein separates manuelles WC, Waschbecken mit Warmwasser, Dusche und Spiegelschrank. Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über den Landanschluss (230 V). Ein TV Samsung 50-Zoll-Bildschirm und Sat-Anlage (Selfsat) runden die Ausstattung im inneren ab. Das Boot kann mit einem Außenbordmotor Mercury Langschaft (40 PS) am Steuerstand mit Lenkrad bewegt werden. Des Weiteren befinden sich zwei Elektromotoren Haswing 55 lbs, steuerbar vorn und hinten. Eine Ankerwinde und ein Ankerkasten vorhanden. DasDach ist nutzbar als Dachterrasse (Pfosten inklusive). Der Aufbau ist ein Holzbau, die Schwimmer sind aus wasserfestem Aluminium mit Styroporfüllung.

Discover the unique lifestyle on the water with the stylish Sundowner houseboat. This modernly equipped boat offers everything you need for relaxed living or extended stays in a compact space—whether as a vacation home, a floating vacation rental, or a permanent residence.
Features & Layout
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a 160 × 200 cm double bed with practical storage solutions; Bedroom 2 has a 90 × 200 cm bunk bed. The
living area features two sofa beds (140 × 200 cm) with fold-out sleeping surfaces. The dining area features a table with 4 chairs, a china cabinet, and a full set of tableware for 6 people. The kitchen (galley) is equipped with electrical appliances, a sink, storage space, and a dining area. The bathroom has a separate manual toilet, a sink with hot water, a shower, and a mirror cabinet. Power is supplied via the shore power connection (230 V). A 50-inch Samsung TV and satellite system (Selfsat) round out the interior amenities. The boat can be maneuvered using a Mercury long-shaft outboard motor (40 hp) at the helm with a steering wheel. Additionally, there are two Haswing 55 lbs electric motors, controllable at the front and rear. An anchor winch and anchor locker are provided. The roof can be used as a rooftop terrace (posts included). The superstructure is wooden, and the hulls are made of waterproof aluminum with polystyrene filling.
