Holzteile an Seitenwänden und Heckpartie wurden fachgerecht ausgetauscht und erneuert.
Das Unterwasserschiff in einem tadellosen Zustand und wurde angeschliffen und neu mit VC 17 M gestrichen.
Die Seitenwände wurden im Oberwasserbereich des Rumpfes, an einigen Stellen ausgeleistet, entsprechend dem Verlauf der Holzteile.
Boot mehrfach neu lackiert.
Elektrik wurde erneuert, neue Sicherungsverteilung, 2 Batterieplätze mit Hauptschalter
Alle Polsterauflagen sind Neu und unbenutzt.
Beleuchtung:
Die rückwertige Edelstahlreling ist handgearbeitet, gebogen und verkabelt.
Neue automatik Bilgenpumpe, Bilge mit Kameraüberwachung, Neues Radio mit Boxen.
Der Teppich ist neu.
Der sogenannte Schwiegermuttersitz ist werkzeuglos zu entfernen.

Motor:
Crusader 230 als GM Small Block.
5,3 Liter mit 230 HP RH – rechtsdrehend.
Der Motor lief nur im Suesswasser.
Der Zündverteiler, Verteilerfinger und Verteilerkappe und hat 8/2025 eine elektronische Zündung bekommen.
Der Flammschutz und Oeleinfüllstutzen wurde erneuert mit Oel; Oelfilter und Zündkerzenwechsel.
Hinweis: Lediglich muß der Vergaser nach dem Ultraschallbad und neuem Vergaserkit noch Synchronisiert und fachgerecht eingestellt werden. !!!!

Trailer
Der Nostalgie Tandemtrailer wurde neu aufgebaut, zwei neuen 2to. Achsen, neue Vollabnahme.
Der Bootstrailer wurde komplett in Beige lackiert.

8 Fach bereift, neue Reifen mit Weißwand, sowie Chromfelgen montiert, die den Trailer in passendem Nostalgie Outfit zeigen.

Es sind hunderte von Montagestunden hier hinein gegangen und bestes Material verbaut worden um die Boesch wieder zurück zu holen in Jahr 1964.

Wooden parts on the side walls and stern have been professionally replaced and renewed.
The hull is in impeccable condition and has been sanded and repainted with VC 17 M.
The side walls were reinforced in the upper waterline area of the hull in several places, following the contours of the wooden components.
The boat has been repainted several times.
The electrical system has been replaced, with a new fuse panel and 2 battery compartments with a main switch.
All upholstery is new and unused.
Lighting:
The aft stainless-steel railing is handcrafted, bent, and wired.
New automatic bilge pump, bilge with camera monitoring, new radio with speakers.
The carpet is new.
The so-called “mother-in-law seat” can be removed without tools.

Engine:
Crusader 230 (GM Small Block).
5.3 liters with 230 HP RH – right-hand rotation.
The engine has only been run in fresh water.
The ignition distributor, distributor fingers, and distributor cap were replaced, and the boat was equipped with electronic ignition in August 2025.
The flame arrester and oil filler neck were replaced, and the oil, oil filter, and spark plugs were changed.
Note: After the ultrasonic bath and installation of a new carburetor kit, the carburetor simply needs to be synchronized and properly adjusted. !!!!

Trailer
The vintage tandem trailer has been rebuilt with two new 2-metric-ton axles and has passed a full inspection.
The boat trailer has been completely painted beige.

It features 8-spoke wheels, new whitewall tires, and chrome rims, giving the trailer a fitting vintage look.

Hundreds of hours of labor went into this project, and only the best materials were used to restore the Boesch to its 1964 condition.
