De Altena “Havilah” is een ruim en degelijk gebouwd Nederlands motorjacht uit 1995. Met haar lengte van 11,20 meter, royale breedte van 3,85 meter en een indeling met drie hutten en zes slaapplaatsen biedt zij veel ruimte voor langere vaarvakanties en verblijf aan boord.
Een belangrijk pluspunt is de motorisering. In 2010 is een Mitsubishi S6S zescilinder dieselmotor van 95 PK geplaatst, die momenteel slechts circa 1.030 draaiuren heeft. Daarnaast is de schroefas in 2022 vervangen. De hydraulische besturing en 24V Nobels boegschroef maken het manoeuvreren eenvoudig.
Binnen is Havilah uitgevoerd met een warm interieur in gestoomd beuken. De bruine Alcantara bekleding is in 2024 volledig vernieuwd. Ook de compressorkoelkast dateert van 2024 en in 2025 is een nieuw elektrisch toilet geplaatst. Met drie afzonderlijke hutten, een complete badkamer en een stahoogte van circa 1.90 tot 1.95 meter is het schip praktisch ingericht voor meerdere personen.
Technisch beschikt Havilah onder andere over een Victron Blue Smart acculader, Victron 2000W omvormer, drie zonnepanelen en Eberspächer dieselverwarming. De vuilwatertank is in 2024 gecoat. Met een brandstofcapaciteit van maar liefst 1.000 liter is bovendien een ruime actieradius mogelijk.
Aan de buitenzijde is de sprayhood in 2024 vernieuwd. Het schilderwerk dateert uit 2018 en is uitgevoerd in Sikkens ééncomponentenlak; de antifouling is van 2023. Bij het gaskooktoestel functioneert momenteel één van de drie pitten niet.
Een ruime en praktisch ingedeelde Altena met een relatief jonge Mitsubishi-motor, recente technische investeringen en opvallend veel accommodatie voor haar lengte.

The Altena “Havilah” is a spacious and solidly built Dutch motor yacht from 1995. With a length of 11.20 meters, a generous beam of 3.85 meters, and a layout featuring three cabins and six berths, she offers plenty of space for extended cruising vacations and stays on board.
A major advantage is her engine. In 2010, a Mitsubishi S6S six-cylinder diesel engine producing 95 PK was installed, which currently has only about 1,030 operating hours. In addition, the propeller shaft was replaced in 2022. The hydraulic steering and 24V Nobel bow thruster make maneuvering easy.
Inside, Havilah features a warm interior finished in steamed beech. The brown Alcantara upholstery was completely renewed in 2024. The compressor refrigerator also dates from 2024, and a new electric toilet was installed in 2025. With three separate cabins, a full bathroom, and a headroom of approximately 1.90 to 1.95 meters, the boat is practically designed to accommodate multiple people.
Technically, Havilah is equipped with, among other things, a Victron Blue Smart battery charger, a Victron 2000W inverter, three solar panels, and an Eberspächer diesel heater. The holding tank was coated in 2024. With a fuel capacity of no less than 1,000 liters, the boat also has a generous range.
On the exterior, the sprayhood was replaced in 2024. The paint job dates from 2018 and was done with Sikkens single-component paint; the antifouling was applied in 2023. Currently, one of the three burners on the gas stove is not functioning.
A spacious and practically laid-out Altena with a relatively new Mitsubishi engine, recent technical upgrades, and a remarkable amount of living space for its length.
