Wunderschöne Adler IV inkl Bootsplatz und jede menge Zubehör abzugeben. Es ist frisch vorgeführt ab Service und Unterboden Neu versiegelt . Es sind sämtliche Dokumente in einem Ordner und nachvollziehbar was alles jemals gemacht wurde. Es läuft einwandfrei und ohne Probleme,ist Unfallfrei und stets gepflegt und ist aus meiner Sicht das beste Boot was jemals gebaut wurde. Kenner und Kapitäne wissen was die Doppelmotorigen alten Holzboote ausmachen und wie genial Sie sich fahren lassen. Es hat eine vollausgeststtete Küche wo ich aicj gerne alle Utensilien mit übergebe, ein seperatea Wc mit lababo, eine Sitz und Essecke, sowie vorn unten hinten Schlafplätze für bis zu 6 personen. Auch die Liegeplätze oben auf dem Sonnendeck können noch 6 weitere personen nutzen. Zum Baden kann man hinten bequem mit einer leiter ins wasser sowie auch hinten am wasser sitzen. Natürlich ist eine plane zum abdecken auch dabei.das Boot kann ganzjährig im Wasser am Platz gelassen werden und ist jederzeit Fahrbereit. Leider muss ich es aus Familiären Gründen schweren Herzens abgeben. Der überdachte Bootplatz ist mit dabei und kostet 15.000 SFR im Jahr und wird von mir vermietet. Die Miete ist seperat und jeweils ende Jahr zu begleichen. Für dieses jahr ist Versicherung und Steuer schon gezahlt und kann gerne übernommen werden. Beautiful Adler IV for sale, including a boat slip and plenty of accessories. It has just come back from service and the hull has been freshly sealed. All documents are organized in a folder, and you can easily track everything that’s ever been done to it. It runs flawlessly and without any issues, has never been in an accident, has always been well-maintained, and, in my opinion, is the best boat ever built. Connoisseurs and captains know what makes these old twin-engine wooden boats so special and how brilliantly they handle. It has a fully equipped kitchen—I’m happy to include all the utensils—a separate restroom with a sink, a seating and dining area, as well as sleeping berths in the front, middle, and rear for up to 6 people. The lounging areas on the sun deck can accommodate 6 more people. For swimming, you can easily enter the water from the stern using a ladder, and you can also sit at the water’s edge at the stern. Of course, a cover is included. The boat can remain in the water at its mooring year-round and is ready to sail at any time. Unfortunately, for family reasons, I must part with it with a heavy heart. The covered boat slip is included; it costs 15,000 SFR per year and is leased by me. The rent is separate and due at the end of each year.
