Suzuki hat neue Standards bei den Viertaktmotoren auf den Weg gebracht.

Zehn Jahre nachdem Suzuki die Revolution der Viertakt-Außenbordmotoren mit den preisgekrönten Modellen DF60 und DF70 startete, definiert Suzuki diese Kategorie mit den drei neuen Modellen DF70A, DF80A und DF90A neu. Als erste der neuen Viertaktgeneration von Suzuki, sind sie Vorzeigemodelle hinsichtlich Fortschritt und Leistung. Man denke nur an das elektronisch gesteuerte, sequenzielle Mehrpunkt-Kraftstoffeinspritz-System, die leistungsstarke Getriebeuntersetzung von 2,59:1 und die wartungsfreie, selbst nachstellende Steuerkette, die bei Suzuki bereits im Jahr 1999 bei dem DF40/DF50 zum Einsatz kam. Weiterhin verfügen diese Außenbordmotoren über die bewährte versetzte Antriebswellentechnik, die den DF70 in Kombination mit dem neu entwickelten Motorblock zu einem leistungsstarken Viertakt-Außenbordmotor macht. Durch die kompakte Leichtbauweise wird jeder der drei Außenbordmotoren zum idealen Antriebskonzept für ein breites Sortiment an Bootstypen.

Dieser Suzuki-Außenbordmotor erfüllt die europäische EU1 Norm und kann auch auf dem Bodensee eingesetzt werden.

Suzuki has set new standards for four-stroke engines.

Technology
Ten years after Suzuki started the four-stroke outboard revolution with the award-winning DF60 and DF70 models, Suzuki is redefining the category with the three new DF70A, DF80A and DF90A models. As the first of Suzuki's new four-stroke generation, they are flagship models in terms of progress and performance. Just think of the electronically controlled, sequential multi-point fuel injection system, the powerful gear reduction of 2.59:1 and the maintenance-free, self-adjusting timing chain, which Suzuki already used on the DF40/DF50 in 1999. These outboard engines also feature the proven offset drive shaft technology which, in combination with the newly developed engine block, makes the DF70 a powerful four-stroke outboard engine. The compact, lightweight design makes each of the three outboard engines the ideal drive concept for a wide range of boat types.

This Suzuki outboard engine complies with the European EU1 standard and can also be used on Lake Constance.
