Die klassische Yacht Compasrose wurde 1967 von der Bootswerft Bieritz als Hochseeyacht gebaut. Der Rumpf ist aus Mahagoni auf Kambala-Spanten. Wrangen, Kielbolzen und Verschraubungen sind aus Edelstahl, Aufbau und Cockpit aus Teak.
Das Schiff ist segelklar und komplett für längere Touren ausgerüstet, u.a. Sprayhood und Kuchenbude (Beschläge leicht demontierbar), Pantry mit zweiflammigem Petroleumkocher und großer Spüle, sehr geräumige Kühlbox mit seewassergekühltem Isotherm-Aggregat und Kältespeicher, mobile Solarzelle, Landstromanschluss, 3 Batterien und Ladegeräte. Abgetrennter WC-Raum mit Waschbecken, Fäkaltank mit Decksabsaugung und Außenbordlenzung, fest eingebauter Petroleumofen mit Abluftschornstein.
Unter Deck gibt es viel Stauraum in gut durchlüfteten Schränken sowie unter den Kojen und in der Bilge, die Stehhöhe beträgt ca. 1,80m.
Weitere Ausrüstung: Rettungsinsel und Beiboot mit Außenborder, elektrische Ankerwinsch, Bruce-Anker (20kg) mit 48 Meter VA-Kette (10mm).
Es gibt eine fahrtengerechte Segelausstattung mit durchgelattetem Großsegel auf kugelgelagertem Harken System, diversen Vorsegeln (Harken-Rollfockanlage,) flach geschnittenem Gennaker (auch für spitze Kurse) und Spi.
Sinnvolle Navigationsausrüstung (u.a.): Kompass (C.Plath Venus), Pinnenpilot, UKW, aktives AIS, Plotter, GPS, Log, Echolot.
Wir haben Compasrose mit Unterstützung eines befreundeten Bootsbauers über mehr als 25 Jahre stets gut gepflegt, großes Refit 2004/5. Sie befindet sich in einem guten Zustand.
Wir schätzen Compasrose als schnelles und komfortables Fahrtenschiff mit sehr guten Segeleigenschaften. Sie hat ein angenehmes Seeverhalten und läuft erfreuliche Höhe.
Für uns ist nun die Zeit gekommen, dieses tolle Schiff in jüngere Hände zu geben.
Solider Slippwagen für Winterlager (nicht straßentauglich) kann übernommen werden.

The classic yacht Compasrose was built in 1967 by the Bieritz shipyard as an ocean-going yacht. The hull is made of mahogany on Kambala frames. The gunwales, keel bolts, and fasteners are made of stainless steel; the superstructure and cockpit are made of teak.
The boat is ready to sail and fully equipped for extended trips, including a sprayhood and canopy (fittings easily removable), a galley with a two-burner kerosene stove and a large sink, a very spacious cooler with a seawater-cooled Isotherm unit and a cold storage compartment, a portable solar panel, a shore power connection, 3 batteries, and chargers. Separate toilet compartment with sink, holding tank with deck suction and overboard discharge, built-in kerosene heater with exhaust stack.
Below deck, there is ample storage space in well-ventilated cabinets as well as under the berths and in the bilge; headroom is approximately 1.80m.
Additional equipment: life raft and dinghy with outboard motor, electric anchor winch, Bruce anchor (20 kg) with 48 meters of stainless steel chain (10 mm).
The boat is equipped with a cruising sail set, including a fully battened mainsail on a ball-bearing Harken system, various headsails (Harken furling jib system), a flat-cut gennaker (also suitable for close-hauled courses), and a spinnaker.
Essential navigation equipment (including): compass (C. Plath Venus), autopilot, VHF, active AIS, chartplotter, GPS, log, and depth sounder.
With the support of a friend who is a boatbuilder, we have always maintained Compasrose well for over 25 years; she underwent a major refit in 2004–2005. She is in good condition.
We value Compasrose as a fast and comfortable cruising yacht with excellent sailing characteristics. She handles the seas well and maintains a pleasing head of wind.
For us, the time has now come to pass this wonderful boat on to younger owners.
