The condition or level of safety equipment on board is not to be negotiated on following survey. It is likely to be listed by most surveyors but is not structural or an integral working part of the vessel and is not to be used to further negotiate the price down after survey. We strongly suggest that for your own personal safety that when purchasing a yacht you provide new safety equipment rather than relying on second hand gear.

Should you become the new owner of this yacht then the responsibility to re-register or update official bodies for items such as EPIRB, VHF, MMSI or AIS becomes yours.

Comments:
Used approximately one to three months a year, the engine is serviced each year. The hull and top sides are polished each year and the anti fouling and anodes are prepared each year or biannual – last antifoul May 2026.

The Bimini, dodger and sail cover were all new in 2016 – serviced/refreshed in 2025. And main and genoa new 2018, fully battened main with roller bearing cars. Mainsail serviced and cleaned July 2026

Please note that the boat has only been used privately (never chartered) and has been kept up to date, serviced cleaned and polished each year without regard for expense by a series of fastidious Australian owners.

The boat is complete with everything needed to go cruising.

Delivered to its first Australian owners in Antibes, France in 2010 – subsequently sold to its second Australian owners in 2012. The current owners have owned her since 2019.

She has always been a private boat (never chartered) and only lightly used 40 to 60 days a year throughout its life and well maintained by its meticulous owners. She was out of service on the hard in Lefkas from 2020 to May 2022 due to Covid restrictions – and since then has cruised western Greece plus Albania and Montenegro from its home base at Lefkas marina. Maintenance since 2018 by Paleros Yacht Services – including winter guardianage. Antifouled May 2026
