Båten är en Palma 40B i stål som förlängts cirka 7 fot akterut. Förlängningen utgör en akterhytt som har använts som gästsovhytt och kontor, med plats för skärm, dator och stol. I samband med förlängningen byggdes även en ny styrhytt. Båten har haft två ägare. Den första ägaren byggde och förlängde båten. Svetsarbeten, snickerier och inredning är väl utförda.

A quiet and safe boat for the archipelago or canals. Both the layout and the boat’s handling work well with two to six people on board. The aft deck has seating for ten people to enjoy dinner.

Kept in the water year-round; equipped with heating cables and a freeze protection system.

The boat is a steel Palma 40B that has been extended approximately 7 feet aft. The extension forms an aft cabin that has been used as a guest cabin and office, with space for a monitor, computer, and chair. A new wheelhouse was also built in conjunction with the extension. The boat has had two owners. The first owner built and extended the boat. The welding, carpentry, and interior work are well executed.
