Der Honda BF 150 besticht mit seinen 2354 cm³ Hubraum und seinem kompakten Design. Dieser vier Zylinder-Reihenmotor verfügt über die einzigartigen Honda-Technologien, welche Effizienz, niedrigen Kraftstoffverbrauch, Leistung und höchste Zuverlässigkeit bieten. Außerdem verfügt er über eine NMEA2000-Schnittstelle und kann dadurch Motordaten an externe Geräte weiterleiten, z. B. Fishfinder oder Kartenplotter.
Er verfügt über programmierte Kraftstoffeinspritzung, elektronische variable Ventilzeit- und Ventilhubsteuerung und Boosted Low Speed Torque (Blast).
Die elektronische Überwachung von Öl, Temperatur und Drehzahl sowie der Motorsensoren dient der Zuverlässigkeit und dem Schutz des Motors.

Diesen Motor gibt es auch in GrandPrix White oder Sporty White gegen Aufpreis.
Ebenso stehen auch Modelle mit 115/135 PS zur Verfügung.
Eine elektronische Schaltung (DBW) ist für diese Modelle gegen Aufpreis ebenso verfügbar.

The Honda BF 150 impresses with its 2354 cm³ displacement and compact design. This four-cylinder in-line engine features unique Honda technologies that deliver efficiency, low fuel consumption, power, and maximum reliability. It also has an NMEA2000 interface, allowing it to transmit engine data to external devices such as fish finders or chart plotters.
It features programmed fuel injection, electronic variable valve timing and valve lift control, and Boosted Low Speed Torque (Blast).
Electronic monitoring of oil, temperature, and RPM, as well as engine sensors, ensures reliability and protects the engine.

This engine is also available in GrandPrix White or Sporty White at an additional cost.
Models with 115/135 hp are also available.
Electronic shifting (DBW) is also available for these models at an additional cost.
