Condition / work recommended
Celia is a 1979 yacht and is being sold honestly with some areas for further improvement.
The following work would be advisable:
- Refreshing/repainting the deck
- Replacing the older house battery
- Fresh antifouling — the last antifouling was approximately four years ago
- Repairing or replacing sections of the wooden rubbing strake, which are currently missing amidships
- Repairing/replacing the wind instrument
- The mainsail could eventually be replaced
These points are reflected in the asking price.
