The Regina af Vindö 38 DS is a high-quality Swedish cruising yacht designed for safe and comfortable sailing anywhere in the world. The craftsmanship and woodwork are of a high standard, giving the yacht a solid and refined overall feel. This yacht is being sold by its second owner and has been exceptionally well maintained, with every service and maintenance procedure carefully documented. It has been stored indoors in a heated hall during the winter and is now ready for its new owner, with no significant maintenance backlog. The yacht is stable and comfortable even in challenging conditions and can easily be sailed by a crew of two. Thanks to the inside helm station, the sailing season can be extended and the yacht remains comfortable even in colder or less favourable weather. The sails have been regularly serviced and are well suited for cruising. The interior is designed for comfortable longer passages and extended stays on board. It features two spacious cabins, a toilet with shower, a well-equipped galley and a large, bright saloon. A washing machine adds further convenience on longer journeys. The hull is insulated, and heating is provided by both a diesel heater and electric radiators, making the yacht particularly well suited for cruising in cooler climates. The boat has been serviced and waxed and is stored in a heated hall in Rymättylä (Naantali).

Le Regina af Vindö 38 DS est un voilier de croisière suédois haut de gamme, conçu pour naviguer en toute sécurité et dans le plus grand confort partout dans le monde. La qualité de fabrication et les finitions en bois sont d’un niveau exceptionnel, conférant au voilier une impression générale de solidité et de raffinement. Ce voilier est mis en vente par son deuxième propriétaire et a été exceptionnellement bien entretenu ; chaque intervention d’entretien et de maintenance a été soigneusement documentée. Il a été entreposé à l’abri, dans un hangar chauffé, pendant l’hiver et est désormais prêt pour son nouveau propriétaire, sans aucun retard d’entretien significatif. Le voilier est stable et confortable, même dans des conditions difficiles, et peut facilement être manœuvré par un équipage de deux personnes. Grâce au poste de barre intérieur, la saison de navigation peut être prolongée et le voilier reste confortable même par temps froid ou moins clément. Les voiles ont été régulièrement entretenues et sont parfaitement adaptées à la croisière. L’intérieur est conçu pour assurer le confort lors de longues traversées et de séjours prolongés à bord. Il dispose de deux cabines spacieuses, de toilettes avec douche, d’une cuisine bien équipée et d’un grand salon lumineux. Une machine à laver apporte un confort supplémentaire lors des longs voyages. La coque est isolée, et le chauffage est assuré à la fois par un chauffage au fioul et des radiateurs électriques, ce qui rend le yacht particulièrement adapté à la croisière dans les climats plus frais. Le bateau a été révisé et ciré, et est entreposé dans un hangar chauffé à Rymättylä (Naantali).
