BAVARIA 370 WITH THREE CABINS, TWO HEADS AND ENGINE REFURBISHMENT IN 2025.







Bavaria 370 “Alsie” from 1992 is a spacious family sailing yacht with a practical layout and ample room for holidays and weekend cruising. Three cabins and six berths provide accommodation for family or guests. Her draught of 1.50 metres offers good access to Danish harbours and anchorages.







The cockpit provides space for both sailing and relaxing in harbour. A sprayhood and cockpit enclosure from 2019 offer shelter and extend the use of the cockpit in changeable weather. The yacht is equipped with an Elvstrøm furling mainsail and furling genoa from 2006, together with a headsail furling system from 2014.







Below deck, the spacious saloon offers comfortable seating around the table. Headroom is approximately 1.90 metres, and the layout with three cabins and two heads is well suited to extended stays aboard. The galley is equipped with a gas hob and oven from 2017, a compressor-cooled icebox and hot and cold pressurised water.







Navigation equipment includes Autohelm speed, depth and wind instruments from 2012, together with a Raytheon autopilot.







Alsie is powered by a freshwater-cooled Volvo Penta diesel engine producing 43 hp, with saildrive and a three-bladed folding propeller. The engine has recorded at least 3,200 hours. In 2025, it was removed from the yacht for refurbishment, replacement of components, cleaning and painting. The turbocharger and injectors were refurbished, and the saildrive diaphragm was replaced. An invoice from Søholm Marine detailing the work is available.







The yacht has a 130-litre fuel tank, a 390-litre freshwater tank and a 90-litre holding tank.

Le Bavaria 370 « Alsie », construit en 1992, est un voilier familial spacieux, doté d’un aménagement pratique et offrant suffisamment d’espace pour les vacances comme pour les sorties du week-end. Avec ses trois cabines et ses six couchettes, il peut accueillir à bord toute la famille ou des invités. Le tirant d’eau de 1,50 mètre offre de belles possibilités pour visiter les ports et les mouillages danois.



Le cockpit est conçu pour la navigation comme pour la vie à bord au port. La capote et la tente de cockpit datant de 2019 offrent un abri et permettent d’utiliser le cockpit par temps variable. Le bateau est équipé d’une grand-voile enrouleur et d’un génois enrouleur Elvstrøm datant de 2006, ainsi que d’un étai enrouleur datant de 2014.



À l'abri se trouve un salon spacieux où l'on peut se retrouver autour de la table. La hauteur sous barrot est d'environ 1,90 mètre, et l'aménagement, comprenant trois cabines et deux salles d'eau, est idéal pour des séjours prolongés à bord. La cuisine est équipée d’une cuisinière à gaz avec four datant de 2017, d’une glacière à compresseur ainsi que d’eau courante chaude et froide sous pression.



L’équipement de navigation comprend un loch Autohelm, un sondeur et un anémomètre datant de 2012, ainsi qu’un pilote automatique Raytheon.



L’Alsie est propulsé par un moteur diesel Volvo Penta de 43 ch, refroidi à l’eau douce, équipé d’un arbre d’hélice et d’une hélice repliable à trois pales. Le moteur a fonctionné pendant au moins 3 200 heures. En 2025, il a été démonté du bateau dans le cadre de travaux de rénovation, de remplacement de pièces, de nettoyage et de peinture. Le turbo et les injecteurs ont été remis à neuf, et la membrane de la transmission à voile a été remplacée. Une facture de Søholm Marine décrivant les travaux effectués est disponible.



Le bateau dispose d’un réservoir de carburant de 130 litres, d’un réservoir d’eau de 390 litres et d’un réservoir de rétention de 90 litres.
