We now have a Slotta 40CC for sale! A boat with excellent sailing capabilities, featuring a lifting and lowering keel as well as great comfort, designed by Frank Neubelt, who is typically a designer for many mega yachts.

Standard
A fast family boat with a well-thought-out layout, a good height of 190 cm below deck, bathing platform, and more. At the same time, the Slotta 40CC is an easy-to-steer boat with equipment and rigging that makes it possible to sail single-handed. Extensive use of teak in the boat, including a teak deck.

Layout
Easy boarding via the bow sprit or stern. You’ll then reach a spacious cockpit with benches and teak flooring around the entire steering console. From the helm position, you have a good overview of both the boat and the crew. The dashboard has a great design, clean and tidy with a range of navigation and electronic equipment. Down the companionway forward from the cockpit, you enter a spacious saloon with almost two meters of headroom. On the port side, there is a large sofa along the table, and two armchairs on the starboard side. Plenty of storage space under the floor. A bathroom/toilet is located at the rear port side with a sink. A double cabin is on the starboard side at the stern with hanging wardrobes for clothes. A separate chart table on the port side of the saloon, adjacent to the saloon, with a large display for navigation. On the starboard side, there is a longitudinal galley with two fridges, a practical sink with two basins, a two-burner gas stove with an oven, a built-in microwave with many functions, and ample counter space. The master cabin is in the bow with lots of wardrobe space and its own bathroom with a shower.

Seaworthiness
The boat is seaworthy with a weight of 8,000 kg and is equipped with a hydraulic lifting/lowering keel that gives a depth range from 2.40 m to 1.40 m. The boat is equipped with three electric winches: two for genoa sheets and one for the mainsail halyard, making it easy to maneuver and sail single-handed. The boat was upgraded below the waterline in 2021 with sanding and a new epoxy primer and five layers of Coppercoat applied. Very good bottom paint with a guaranteed 15-year durability. The boat was sprayed in 2018.

Engine/Equipment
The boat is powered by a Volvo Penta D2-55C with 55 hp and has a speed of approximately 7 knots. About 1400 engine hours. The boat is also equipped with a bow thruster from Vetus. Lewmar electric anchor winch at the front, as well as an electric winch at the stern with a 50 m dock line, installed in 2023.

Nous avons maintenant un Slotta 40CC à vendre ! Un bateau avec d'excellentes capacités de navigation, doté d'une quille relevable et abaissable ainsi que d'un grand confort, dessiné par Frank Neubelt, qui est typiquement un designer pour de nombreux méga yachts.

Standard
Un bateau familial rapide avec un aménagement bien pensé, une bonne hauteur de 190 cm sous le pont, une plate-forme de bain, etc. En même temps, le Slotta 40CC est un bateau facile à diriger, avec un équipement et un gréement qui permettent de naviguer en solitaire. Le teck est largement utilisé dans le bateau, y compris le pont en teck.

Aménagement
Embarquement facile par la proue ou la poupe. Vous accédez ensuite à un cockpit spacieux avec des bancs et un plancher en teck autour de toute la console de pilotage. Depuis le poste de barre, vous avez une bonne vue d'ensemble du bateau et de l'équipage. Le tableau de bord est très design, propre et bien rangé, avec une gamme d'équipements électroniques et de navigation. En passant par la descente avant du cockpit, vous entrez dans un salon spacieux avec près de deux mètres de hauteur sous barrots. À bâbord, vous trouverez un grand canapé avec une table, et deux fauteuils à tribord. De nombreux espaces de rangement sont disponibles sous le plancher. Une salle de bains/toilettes est située à l'arrière, à bâbord, avec un lavabo. Une cabine double se trouve à tribord, à l'arrière, avec des armoires suspendues pour les vêtements. Une table à cartes séparée se trouve sur le côté bâbord du salon, à côté du salon, avec un grand écran pour la navigation. Sur le côté tribord, vous trouverez une cuisine longitudinale avec deux réfrigérateurs, un évier pratique avec deux bassins, une cuisinière à gaz à deux brûleurs avec un four, un micro-ondes intégré avec de nombreuses fonctions, et un grand espace de travail. La cabine principale se trouve à l'avant, avec beaucoup d'espace pour les armoires et sa propre salle de bain avec douche.

Aptitude à la navigation
Le bateau est en bon état de navigabilité avec un poids de 8 000 kg et est équipé d'une quille hydraulique relevable et abaissable qui permet une profondeur de 2,40 m à 1,40 m. Le bateau est équipé de trois treuils électriques : deux pour les écoutes de génois et un pour la drisse de grand-voile, ce qui facilite les manœuvres et la navigation en solitaire. Le bateau a été rénové sous la ligne de flottaison en 2021 avec un sablage, un nouvel apprêt époxy et cinq couches de Coppercoat. Très bonne peinture de fond avec une durabilité garantie de 15 ans. Le bateau a été repeint en 2018.

Moteur/Equipement
Le bateau est propulsé par un Volvo Penta D2-55C de 55 cv et a une vitesse d'environ 7 nœuds. Environ 1400 heures de fonctionnement du moteur. Le bateau est également équipé d'un propulseur d'étrave de Vetus. Treuil d'ancre électrique Lewmar à l'avant, ainsi qu'un treuil électrique à l'arrière avec une ligne de quai de 50 m, installé en 2023.
