1997 Dehler 35 Cruising, 79 000 EUR

Hallo,

ich biete hier meine Dehler 35 Cruising aus dem Jahr 1997 zum Verkauf an. Die Yacht ist seit 2002 in meinem Besitz und wurde von mir und meiner Frau für Urlaubs- und Wochenendtörns ausschließlich auf der Ostsee besegelt. Ich habe die Technik und Ausrüstung immer erneuert und auf aktuellem Stand gehalten, so dass der technische Zustand sehr gut ist. Rumpf, Deck und das Interiuer wurden ebenfalls gepfelgt und befinden sich im guten Zustand. Es besteht kein Wartungsstau und der einwandfreie Pflegezustand läßt sich lückenlos belegen. Eine neue Yanmar Maschine von 2017, ein sehr guter neuer Decksbelag von 2023 sowie ein neuer Khaya Mahagonie Fußboden von 2025 sind drei starke Argumente für dieses Boot!

Wir bieten die Yacht zum Verkauf an, weil wir uns noch einmal vergrößern wollen und hoffen, dass wir hier einen Interessenten finden, der ebenfalls Spaß an einer gepflegten Yacht mit sehr guten Segeleigenschaften hat.

Die Yacht liegt in Eckernförde und kann dort besichtigt und zur Probe gesegelt werden. Am 17.10. kommt sie ins Winterlager. Die Yacht kann sofort oder nach der Winterpause im Frühjahr segelklar übernommen werden.

Yanmar 3YM30AE new in 07/2017, yearly maintained, 780 hours, propeller SPW Varioprofile VP-64 (3-blade feathering propeller) from 2009, genereal refresh in 2019 by SPW, shaft (shaft bearing new in 11/2019).

NAVIGATION & INSTRUMENTS
Chartplotter Garmin echoMao 91SV (2016), instruments (Raymarine 2 x ST70, 5 x ST60+ over entrance, 4 x ST60+ at chart table, S100 Remote), autopilot (Raymarine S1G from approx 2008 with second s1G course computer in reserve), AIS (Raymarine AIS250 passive, connected with chartplotter), VHF Icom IC-M421 , compass.

INTERIOR & COMFORT
Interior layout in well maintained cherry wood, floor in khaya mahogany (salon new in 2025, other cabins I replaced standard fiberglas floor in 2021), galley equipment (warm water, fridge (new 08/2020), components of the water system new in 2020, techimplex 3-burner (new 09/2016), heating (Eberspächer Airtronic AM2 new 10/2020), lighting LED (new 2016), mattresses (Laroma, aft cabin new in 2025, salon and forepeak new in 2016), hot water system (new installed with Yanmar engine in 2017), toilets (Jabsco, new in 2016).
