Es un velero italiano de alto rendimiento, construido por Cantiere del Pardo con diseño exterior de Matteo Polli y diseño interior de Nauta Design / Patrick Roseo. Muy valorado por su equilibrio entre capacidad de crucero confortable y un excelente comportamiento en regatas o navegación deportiva, es un Embarcación reconocida por su excelente comportamiento, solidez estructural y acabados de alta calidad.Esta unidad de 12 metros de eslora en concreto, esta equipada para poder disfrutar tanto del crucero como para navegaciones deportivas y regatas, con un completo equipamiento velas, un excelente  mantenimiento, y un refit reciente de electrónica y motor, la zona de válvulas en concreto. Listo para navegar, el casco se ha saneado recientemente y se le aplicado antifouling de silicona. Equipada con un motor Yanmar de 40 Hp, una hélice Gori orientable y una pala de timón de dos metros, es fácil maniobrar en todo momento. Todo el aparejo de velas, jarcia, cabos y escotas están en perfecto estado, con todas las maniobras reenviadas a la bañera y fácilmente localizables. El conjunto de velas destaca por disponer de dos velas mayores, una de Dacron y otra con membranas de Kevlar (ambas seminuevas). Para el genova disponemos de un conjunto de 3 velas, con materiales de Dacron, Aramida y Carbono. Spis hay dos, un asimétrico de 110m2 y un simétrico de 120m2, ambos de la marca North Sails  El interior práctico y funcional, destaca por su estilo clásico con unos excelentes y robustos acabados y maderas nobles habituales de la marca .
