The Nor Star 950 is a high-quality Norwegian spitsgatter, recognizable by its distinctive lines and pleasant sailing characteristics. Furthermore, within the spitsgatter segment, this model distinguishes itself with strikingly wide gangways. These are equipped with a double stainless steel railing and multiple stainless steel handrails, ensuring good access to the boat from all sides.

This Nor Star 950 HT combines the robust appearance of a hardtop with the ability to sail fully open. A section with canvas is incorporated into the hardtop, allowing the cockpit to be fully opened in good weather. In this way, this version combines the shelter and appearance of a hardtop with the flexibility of a softtop. Incidentally, the cockpit canopy and canvas were renewed in 2026.

The spacious open cockpit forms a practical outdoor area with an L-shaped bench, steering position, and passenger seat. A sunbed is located on the roof of the aft cabin. The aft cabin is directly accessible from the open cockpit and features a double bed and wardrobe space.

The forward cabin features a practical layout with a galley, a U-shaped seating area, and a sanitary room with an electric toilet, washbasin, and shower. The U-shaped seating area can be converted into an extra berth in an instant, creating an additional sleeping option alongside the fixed bed in the aft cabin.

The character of this Norwegian spitsgatter also comes into its own on the water. The 150 hp Volvo Penta offers a nice combination of quiet and comfortable cruising and sufficient power to pick up a higher pace on open water. This makes the Nor Star suitable for relaxed trips on inland waters as well as for longer voyages on larger lakes and waterways.

This Nor Star 950 HT is fully equipped with; a bow thruster, battery charger, inverter, solar panel with charge controller, boiler, shower facilities, and an electric stern anchor winch. Additionally, the boat features a spotlight, four extra stainless steel folding cleats, and stainless steel fender baskets for four fenders.

With its Norwegian spitsgatter design, wide gangways, versatile hardtop, and practical layout, this Nor Star 950 HT offers many possibilities for both day trips and longer stays on board. The ability to fully open the hardtop makes her even more versatile.
