Built by Alesia Marine and launched in 1979, this 15.30 m schooner belongs to the breed of yachts designed to sail far and stay out long. Steel hull and deck, schooner rig, generous volumes and outstanding range: the brief is clear — offshore cruising with family or crew, with no compromise on strength. Offered at €99,000 incl. VAT, she has benefited from a major renewal of her equipment in recent years.
Built for the open sea
15.30 m overall, 4.68 m beam, 2.30 m draft and 24 tonnes displacement: the Goélette 50 relies on a heavy-duty all-steel structure, hull and deck alike. At sea this translates into a solid, reassuring platform, comfortable in a breeze and steady off the wind. The schooner rig spreads the sail area over two masts and makes short-handed sailing manageable, with lazy jacks and lazy bag on the boom, mainsail track and car, backstay, halyard turning blocks and a staysail.
Recent engine and exceptional range
The 93 hp MAN RC90S, installed in 2021, shows only 54 hours. Diesel, 4 cylinders, raw-water cooling, shaft drive: simple, hard-wearing mechanics delivering 8 knots cruising for around 3 l/h. With 1,800 litres of fuel and 1,000 litres of fresh water, she has the legs for long passages and extended time at anchor. Below, 3 cabins and 8 berths, a convertible saloon, capacity for 12 people, and a level of domestic fit-out rarely seen aboard a cruising yacht: gas and 220 V electric hot water, ENO Gascogne oven, Eno hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, 8 kg washer-dryer, hi-fi, TV and DVD player. 12 V, 24 V and 220 V circuits.

An opportunity worth taking
A steel bluewater schooner with a near-new engine, a largely renewed sail wardrobe and genuine energy autonomy: few yachts of this type are this close to casting off. Well worth a visit to appreciate her potential.
