An extraordinary wellness vessel is looking for a new owner.

For sale is SpaDeck – Germany’s First Floating Spa: a former hotel ship that has been extensively transformed into a floating wellness, spa and hospitality concept.
The vessel is approximately 33 m long and 7.5 m wide. A buyer takes over an already developed wellness concept with its own technical infrastructure. The brand, concept and existing branding can also be included in the transaction.
Upper Deck – The Floating Spa
The approximately 250 m² upper deck forms the main wellness and guest area and includes:
- 8 hot tubs
- 3 saunas
- 2 ice baths
- Spa bar
- Relaxation and lounge areas
- Private spa area
- Showers and sanitary facilities
The main wellness and technical fit-out was completed in 2025.
Lower Deck – Additional Space & Rooms
The lower deck includes changing rooms redesigned in 2025, a welcome area, additional showers and toilets, as well as the necessary operational areas.
In addition, almost 200 m² of space is available for further spa areas, treatment rooms, gastronomy, co-working or other individual concepts.
All rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows. There are two large rooms, each with its own modern bathroom, as well as several smaller rooms with large floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the water.
Custom Pellet Heating & Automation
A custom-developed pellet heating and hot-water system supplies all hot tubs and other areas of the vessel with heat.
Key processes are automated and can be centrally controlled and monitored through a custom-developed digital dashboard.
Developed from Wellness & Technical Expertise
The project was developed by entrepreneurs Jannis Wetzlaugk and Hannes Conradt.
Jannis is the developer of Badedampfer – Germany’s first floating bathtub and has welcomed almost 100,000 guestson the water over the past seven years. Hannes brings more than 15 years of experience in automation, energy and solar technology.
Vessel Condition & Certification
In 2024, the vessel was placed in dry dock at a Berlin shipyard, where the entire underwater hull was extensively refurbished.
It subsequently received a new buoyancy certificate valid until August 31, 2032.
Business Models & New Location
SpaDeck can be operated as a standalone business or integrated into an existing hotel, resort, marina, spa operation or tourism destination.
Potential concepts include day spa, private spa, memberships, hotel packages, retreats, treatments, gastronomy, corporate offers and events.
The vessel is movable and can be transferred by water to a new location. We can support the new owner with our expertise and network in planning and organizing the transfer.
Acquisition & Purchase Price
SpaDeck can be acquired in different stages of completion and handover – from its current condition to a fully completed and operational handover.
The transaction is intended as a share deal, meaning the buyer acquires the GmbH that owns the vessel and the project.
Depending on the desired completion and handover status, different purchase price options are available and can be discussed personally with serious prospective buyers.
Detailed technical information is available to serious interested parties after signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
