Do I have to pay a sales commission?
There are no sales commissions on Boat24. Only a fee for listing the listing is charged.
Will I receive a refund if my boat is sold before the end of the ad's run?
A refund of the listing fee in the event of an early sale of the boat is not possible, as Boat24 has fulfilled its obligation upon publication of the listing.
What payment methods does Boat24 offer?
Boat24 offers payment by credit card, PayPal, and invoice. Credit card information can be saved and deleted at any time. When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment. Invoices are sent by email and can also be mailed upon request. Please note that the invoice payment option is not available in all countries.
Do I need to cancel my listing?
You do not need to cancel your listing, as it does not automatically renew. Once the booked term expires, the listing will be deactivated, with the option to renew. You will be notified by email.
Will the duration of my listing be automatically extended?
Listings on Boat24 are not automatically renewed. Once the term expires, you will receive an email notification with the option to renew the listing.
Are there special rates for repeat advertisers?
The current dealer price list for frequent advertisers (dealer account) is available on the website. If you plan to place at least two listings over a four-month period, it’s worth signing up for an annual account as a professional dealer.
Is there a right of withdrawal for Boat24?
You have a 14-day right to cancel without giving a reason. For more information, please see the Terms & Conditions at Boat24.
Where can I find my invoices/receipts on Boat24?
All of your invoices and receipts are accessible in your account under "Invoices" and are available for download.
