Notes
1900 Klipperaak Paviljoen, EUR 287.500,-
A houseboat with a mooring for residential use at a historic location in Rotterdam
A charming clipper barge with a berth in Historic Delfshaven
Romantic living on the water, in a unique spot in Rotterdam.
Built in 1900, “De Onderneming” combines cozy living with the character of a historic ship. The open-concept kitchen and the adjoining deckhouse, furnished as a living room, together form the heart of the ship. They are directly connected and enjoy plenty of natural light. The large dining table with built-in benches invites you to enjoy cozy meals, while the living room offers a pleasant place to relax.
Adjacent to the hall (with a moving hatch) are two sleeping quarters: a double cabin and a single cabin that would also serve perfectly as a study or home office. The forepeak offers plenty of storage space. In the aft cabin, the original paneling has been preserved. Scattered throughout the ship are several box beds, including a baby box bed.
The bathroom has been renovated and is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The systems are simple and in good working order. Headroom is approximately 2 meters in the hold and 1.85 meters in the pavilion. Every room has more than enough closet and storage space.
The last dry-dock service and inspection took place in 2024. A hull survey report is available. Exterior painting and varnishing were last performed in the summer of 2025.
The annual mooring fee, including waste disposal fees, is: €1,300 incl. VAT (2026)
