De Neptunus 138Fly is in zeer goede staat. Voorzien van 2 goed werkende motoren van het merk Volvo Penta Type TAMD74EDC van maar liefst 480 PK per stuk. Met deze krachtige motoren haalt de Neptunus bij volgas een snelheid van 26 knopen / ca 48 km/h, maar dat doe je natuurlijk niet, maar het is wel mogelijk.
Wilt u gewoon cruisen, dan heb je bij 900-1000 omwentelingen per minuut van de motoren al een snelheid van ongeveer 15 km/h.
De motoren zijn in 2001 nieuw geplaatst, niet omdat de oude versleten waren, maar omdat de nieuwe eigenaar, een Duitse ingenieur, vond dat de oude motoren, 306 PK per stuk, rookte bij volgas. Er zijn toen 2 x splinternieuwe motoren geplaatst van 480 PK per stuk, voor een prijs van 140000 Duitse Mark. Daardoor komt de Neptunus geheel uit het water, dus niet halfglijder maar een echte speedboot. Bij 1700 omwentelingen per minuut komt de Neptunus al uit het water. Je hoeft niet volgas te geven om de Neptunus te laten planeren.....echt fantastisch.
De Neptunus is in 2025 geupdate, waaronder nieuwe antifouling, lederen bekleding binnen en verse bekleding op de flybridge. Er is 1 badkamer met douche en er zijn 2 toiletten.
Warm water voorziening is een boiler, die zowel elektrisch, als warm water van de motoren krijgt.
Achterop is ook nog een buiten douche kraan met warm water en er is voor 6 personen plaats om te slapen.
De elektrische ankerlier is zowel van binnen, als van boven te bedienen.
De Neptunus heeft ook een boegschroef, wat een handige hulp is voor het afmeren of afvaren.
De brandstoftanks zijn 800 l per stuk en zijn in 2021 gereinigd en nog steeds schoon.
De Neptunus is van Nederlandse makelij en echt een stevige, degelijke boot.

The Neptunus 138Fly is in very good condition. It is equipped with two fully functional Volvo Penta Type TAMD74EDC engines, each delivering a whopping 480 PK. With these powerful engines, the Neptunus can reach a speed of 26 knots / approx. 48 km/h at full throttle—though of course you wouldn’t actually do that, but it is certainly possible.
If you just want to cruise, you’ll already reach a speed of about 15 km/h at 900–1,000 revolutions per minute.
The engines were replaced with new ones in 2001, not because the old ones were worn out, but because the new owner, a German engineer, felt that the old engines—306 PK each—emitted smoke at full throttle. At that time, two brand-new engines, each producing 480 PK, were installed at a cost of 140,000 German Marks. As a result, the Neptunus lifts completely out of the water—so it’s not a semi-planing boat but a true speedboat. At 1,700 revolutions per minute, the Neptunus is already out of the water. You don’t have to go full throttle to get the Neptunus to plane… truly fantastic.
The Neptunus was updated in 2025, including new antifouling, leather upholstery inside, and new upholstery on the flybridge. There is one bathroom with a shower and two toilets.
Hot water is provided by a boiler that runs on both electricity and hot water from the engines.
There’s also an outdoor hot-water shower at the stern, and sleeping accommodations for 6 people.
The electric anchor winch can be operated from both inside the cabin and from the flybridge.
The Neptunus also has a bow thruster, which is a handy aid for mooring or casting off.
The fuel tanks hold 800 liters each; they were cleaned in 2021 and are still clean.
