Combining contemporary French yacht design, generous accommodation, and straightforward sail handling, this Dufour 48 offers an attractive route into yacht ownership for investors and sailing enthusiasts who want to enjoy time on the water while professional teams manage the yacht’s operation.

The configured yacht is priced at €520,750. General commissioning and full inventory add €27,000, while truck delivery to Greece adds €36,900, bringing the total ready-to-charter project value to €584,650.

Through the Sail Your Story Program, the investor’s total contribution is just €292,325, allowing the investor to benefit from a management contribution and saving of €292,325.

The yacht is available for delivery in April 2027, and the configuration can be customised according to the investor’s needs and preferences.

The advertised price represents the investor’s contribution for the complete specified project, including the configured yacht, commissioning, full inventory, and truck delivery to Greece. The 50% management contribution applies to all three elements of the project.

Throughout the five-year program, operating expenses—including marina fees, insurance, maintenance, technical support, berthing, wintering, and charter management—are covered under the program agreement.

Owners enjoy up to five weeks of sailing each season through the program’s points system. Holidays can be taken aboard their own yacht or a comparable yacht within the participating fleet, subject to availability and booking conditions.

The annual allowance of 1,500 points provides flexibility across the sailing season. Weekly requirements vary by month, allowing up to five weeks in the lowest-point periods or two weeks during July and August. Unused owner sailing weeks may generate charter revenue in accordance with the program terms.

At the end of the five-year term, ownership transfers to the investor without an additional acquisition payment under the agreed program structure. You may then retain the yacht for private sailing, continue with a new charter-management arrangement, trade up to another model, or sell through our brokerage network.

This Dufour 48 is specified with four guest cabins, four guest heads, a long galley, and an additional skipper cabin in the bow, creating a practical layout for family cruising and charter use. Two forward double cabins and two aft double cabins provide comfortable guest accommodation, while the separate skipper cabin offers additional privacy when sailing with a professional skipper.

The Signature interior ambiance and Classic upholstery complement a bright saloon with generous natural light. The convertible saloon table offers additional sleeping space, while the long galley and selected refrigerator/freezer combination support comfortable extended stays aboard.

Comfort is enhanced by 40,000 BTU reverse-cycle air conditioning, a Fischer Panda 6.4 kW generator, and four electric freshwater guest toilets.

On deck, twin steering positions, a spacious cockpit, and wide side decks support relaxed Mediterranean cruising. The selected Easy sailing configuration combines in-mast furling with a self-tacking jib, while the 80 hp Yanmar engine and tunnel bow thruster assist with marina manoeuvres.
