BGX 60 / BGX 63 – SAME BOAT, TWO STERN CONFIGURATIONS
The BGX 60 and BGX 63 are the same boat, with identical hull, hull, CE length of 18.98 m, layout and furnishings. The name BGX 63 is linked to the configuration with a submersible hydraulic aft platform, a solution that can also be installed directly by the Shipyard on this BGX 60.
The choice of the submersible platform, however, involves the renunciation of the three large and functional aft lockers present on the BGX 60, greater maintenance and, due to the greater weight, a reduction in maximum speed of about 2 knots.
The buyer can therefore choose whether to keep the original BGX 60 configuration, lighter, faster, with greater storage capacity and less maintenance requirements, or install the submersible platform in the configuration proposed today on the BGX 63.
