My Bénéteau Oceanis 43 for sale
This used Bénéteau Océanis 43 for sale has been much more than just a sailboat for us—it has been our floating home for nearly 2 years. From the turquoise waters of Aruba to the coasts of Mexico, passing through Cuba and the Bermuda, and finally returning to Europe, this Bénéteau Océanis 43 has carried us safely and comfortably across thousands of nautical miles.
A model renowned for its comfort
This is a Beneteau Oceanis 43, a model renowned for its onboard living comfort, its excellent sailing performance, and its generous spaces, both on deck and below. We equipped our Océanis 43 to be fully self-sufficient for long-distance cruising and off-grid sailing.
Equipment and autonomy
With 1000W of solar panels and 600Ah of lithium batteries, we were able to stay at anchor for weeks without ever connecting to shore power—powering fridges, electronics, lighting, and much more with ease. Whether you work remotely or simply enjoy life at anchor, energy independence is assured.
Engine and maintenance
The engine is in excellent condition—only 1800 hours, with rigorous maintenance carried out according to the manufacturer’s schedule. This year, we inspected the standing rigging and replaced essential components to ensure safety and reliability for offshore passages. The sails and running rigging are very recent and ready for new transoceanic crossings.
History of the shipyard and model
The Beneteau Oceanis 43 was designed by Berret-Racoupeau and its interior by Nauta Design. It was first built in 2006 by Beneteau in France. This model marked a new era in the history of offshore cruising yachts thanks to its design, comfort, and performance. It was produced until 2014 and enjoyed great success, particularly for its use in charter under the name Moorings 43.4. The Oceanis 43 is ideal for family cruising or trips with friends, offering generous space and exceptional comfort.
