2020 Beneteau Oceanis 46.1, EUR 300 000

This Beneteau Oceanis 46.1, AZKENEAN, is a perfect example of a yacht that successfully combines the comfort of a family cruiser with the performance of a true sailing yacht. Equipped with a taller mast, she benefits from an increased sail area, while her deep keel and twin rudders provide excellent balance and control under sail. AZKENEAN has been upgraded for enhanced sailing performance. She features a taller Selden mast installed in 2023, replacing the original shorter mast, together with renewed standing and running rigging from the same year. Her sail wardrobe includes an Elvström mainsail and genoa from 2023, a self-tacking staysail, and a Code D. Finished with a stylish light grey hull, teak-laid decks, and a drop-down bathing platform, she is both elegant as practical. The teak laid cockpit is spacious and there are lounge pads to either side of the companionway. The twin helm stations are thoughtfully arranged, allowing a single person to sail the yacht and operate the winches directly from the helm. This Beneteau is further equipped with a Yanmar saildrive diesel engine, bow thruster, hydrogenator, solar panels, lithium batteries, portable water maker, a complete B&G navigation package including radar, and,in addition, a life raft.

Below deck, this Beneteau offers a comfortable three-cabin lay out. The Walnut Alpi joinery in combination with the light upholstery create a welcoming atmosphere. Large hull windows, ports, and overhead hatches ensure an abundance of natural light and ventilation throughout the interior. The L-shaped galley, settee and navigation corner are situated to port, while the dining area to starboard can easily seat up to six guests. Forward, the owner's cabin features an island berth, accompanied by a private head compartment to port and a separate shower compartment to starboard. The two guest cabins aft share the second bathroom, which also benefits from a separate shower. If you are looking for a family cruiser that offers both comfort and proven sailing performance, this Beneteau Oceanis 46.1 may well be the ideal yacht for you.
