Freshly refitted, exceptionally low hours, and stabilized by no fewer than four Seakeeper gyros — CARAMEL is one of the best-kept Numarine 102s on the market today.
Built in 2010 by Numarine, Turkey's performance motoryacht specialist, CARAMEL delivers the rare combination of volume, pace and comfort that made the 102 Flybridge a modern classic. Twin 1,800 HP Caterpillar C32 ACERT engines — with only around 1,840 original hours — push her to 20 knots, while at her 12-knot economic cruise she covers ground with ease. Four Seakeeper 7000A zero-speed gyro stabilizers keep her remarkably steady both underway and at anchor, a specification rarely found in this size range.
Accommodation is for eight guests in four en-suite cabins with elegant marble-finished bathrooms, including a full-beam master on the lower deck. A standout feature is the large lounge / TV room on the forward main deck — originally designed as a main-deck master — which can readily be converted back, creating a fifth cabin. Three crew cabins aft sleep up to six, served by a dedicated pantry and laundry.
Outside, the huge flybridge offers a jacuzzi, wet bar with electric BBQ, ice maker, dining for ten or more and a TV under a hardtop with an electrically opening canvas section. A hydraulic Opacmare passerelle, stern garage for a jet ski, and a fixed swim platform with electric ladder complete the picture.
Just invested: 2026 refit (July–August). Complete replacement of the teak decks, interior wood flooring completely renewed, eight new air-conditioning fan coils fitted (Tropical air conditioning), full service of the main engines and generators, haul-out with antifouling, anodes and underwater inspection, and hull polish — presenting her new owner with a turn-key yacht.
