Impetus is an ambitious and forward-looking project that redefines sustainability in the yachting industry by regenerating an existing vessel’s life cycle without compromising performance, comfort, or design.

Originally built in 1958 as a German tugboat, Impetus served for decades in the canals of Venice, becoming a beloved local icon before falling into disuse due to obsolete systems. Recognizing the exceptional quality of its steel construction, Cantieri Oltre has reimagined the vessel, transforming a robust workboat into an elegant and innovative pleasure yacht.

The original hull and iconic stylistic details have been carefully restored to preserve its timeless character, while cutting-edge hybrid diesel propulsion and advanced onboard systems bring the yacht firmly into the future. With a length of 25 meters, Impetus offers generous volumes, outstanding stability, and a seamless connection with the sea.

Large panoramic windows flood the interiors with natural light, creating interior spaces with above-average ceiling heights and uninterrupted views. The flexible aft deck adapts effortlessly to tender storage, sunbathing, or entertaining, while the interior layout flows from a welcoming lounge to a full-beam dining area and an owner’s suite designed to enhance continuity between indoor and outdoor living.

Guest accommodation includes a spacious VIP cabin with private exterior access, two additional en-suite guest cabins, and dedicated crew quarters. The upper deck features a professional show-galley and an expansive dining area for up to twelve guests, complemented by a sunset lounge at the stern. A generous sun deck crowns the yacht, integrating relaxation areas with discreet energy-generation systems housed within the iconic funnel.
