The Beneteau First 40.7 is the flagship of Beneteau, beloved by both (sporty) cruisers and racers. The cockpit is ergonomically designed, providing a comfortable seat for the helmsman with the Harken mainsheet within easy reach, as well as the genoa sheets. It is also excellent for shorthanded sailing with the underdeck Raymarine autopilot. The wide side decks provide a comfortable hiking position for crew members due to the absence of a toe rail.

Below deck, it is a comfortable sailboat with a spacious layout featuring a galley to port and a navigation station with practical storage compartments to starboard. The aft cabins are identical and offer sleeping space for 2 people per cabin with practical storage space. The saloon has a cozy seating area with a folding dining table. In the bow, there is a double V-berth with closet space as well as an en-suite bathroom.
