We now have a Slotta 40CC for sale! A boat with excellent sailing capabilities, featuring a lifting and lowering keel as well as great comfort, designed by Frank Neubelt, who is typically a designer for many mega yachts.

Standard
A fast family boat with a well-thought-out layout, a good height of 190 cm below deck, bathing platform, and more. At the same time, the Slotta 40CC is an easy-to-steer boat with equipment and rigging that makes it possible to sail single-handed. Extensive use of teak in the boat, including a teak deck.

Layout
Easy boarding via the bow sprit or stern. You’ll then reach a spacious cockpit with benches and teak flooring around the entire steering console. From the helm position, you have a good overview of both the boat and the crew. The dashboard has a great design, clean and tidy with a range of navigation and electronic equipment. Down the companionway forward from the cockpit, you enter a spacious saloon with almost two meters of headroom. On the port side, there is a large sofa along the table, and two armchairs on the starboard side. Plenty of storage space under the floor. A bathroom/toilet is located at the rear port side with a sink. A double cabin is on the starboard side at the stern with hanging wardrobes for clothes. A separate chart table on the port side of the saloon, adjacent to the saloon, with a large display for navigation. On the starboard side, there is a longitudinal galley with two fridges, a practical sink with two basins, a two-burner gas stove with an oven, a built-in microwave with many functions, and ample counter space. The master cabin is in the bow with lots of wardrobe space and its own bathroom with a shower.

Seaworthiness
The boat is seaworthy with a weight of 8,000 kg and is equipped with a hydraulic lifting/lowering keel that gives a depth range from 2.40 m to 1.40 m. The boat is equipped with three electric winches: two for genoa sheets and one for the mainsail halyard, making it easy to maneuver and sail single-handed. The boat was upgraded below the waterline in 2021 with sanding and a new epoxy primer and five layers of Coppercoat applied. Very good bottom paint with a guaranteed 15-year durability. The boat was sprayed in 2018.

Engine/Equipment
The boat is powered by a Volvo Penta D2-55C with 55 hp and has a speed of approximately 7 knots. About 1400 engine hours. The boat is also equipped with a bow thruster from Vetus. Lewmar electric anchor winch at the front, as well as an electric winch at the stern with a 50 m dock line, installed in 2023.

Wir haben jetzt eine Slotta 40CC zu verkaufen! Ein Boot mit exzellenten Segeleigenschaften, einem Hub- und Senkkiel sowie großem Komfort, entworfen von Frank Neubelt, der typischerweise für viele Megayachten verantwortlich ist.

Standard
Ein schnelles Familienboot mit einem gut durchdachten Layout, einer guten Höhe von 190 cm unter Deck, Badeplattform und mehr. Gleichzeitig ist die Slotta 40CC ein leicht zu steuerndes Boot mit einer Ausrüstung und Takelage, die es ermöglicht, einhändig zu segeln. Umfangreiche Verwendung von Teakholz im Boot, einschließlich eines Teakdecks.

Grundriss
Einfaches Einsteigen über den Bugspriet oder das Heck. Sie gelangen dann in ein geräumiges Cockpit mit Bänken und Teakholzböden rund um die gesamte Steuerkonsole. Vom Steuerstand aus haben Sie einen guten Überblick sowohl über das Boot als auch über die Crew. Das Armaturenbrett hat ein tolles Design, ist sauber und aufgeräumt und verfügt über eine Reihe von Navigations- und elektronischen Geräten. Durch den Niedergang vor dem Cockpit gelangen Sie in einen geräumigen Salon mit fast zwei Metern Stehhöhe. Auf der Backbordseite befindet sich ein großes Sofa am Tisch und zwei Sessel auf der Steuerbordseite. Viel Stauraum unter dem Boden. Ein Badezimmer/Toilette mit Waschbecken befindet sich an der hinteren Backbordseite. Eine Doppelkabine befindet sich auf der Steuerbordseite am Heck mit Hängeschränken für Kleidung. Ein separater Kartentisch auf der Backbordseite des Salons, angrenzend an den Salon, mit einem großen Display für die Navigation. Auf der Steuerbordseite befindet sich eine längliche Kombüse mit zwei Kühlschränken, einer praktischen Spüle mit zwei Becken, einem zweiflammigen Gasherd mit Backofen, einer eingebauten Mikrowelle mit vielen Funktionen und reichlich Arbeitsfläche. Die Eignerkabine befindet sich im Bug mit viel Schrankraum und einem eigenen Bad mit Dusche.

Seetüchtigkeit
Das Boot ist mit einem Gewicht von 8.000 kg seetüchtig und mit einem hydraulischen Hub-/Senkkiel ausgestattet, der einen Tiefenbereich von 2,40 m bis 1,40 m ermöglicht. Das Boot ist mit drei elektrischen Winden ausgestattet: zwei für Genuaschoten und eine für das Großsegelfall, so dass es leicht zu manövrieren und einhändig zu segeln ist. Das Boot wurde 2021 unterhalb der Wasserlinie durch Abschleifen und eine neue Epoxid-Grundierung sowie fünf Schichten Coppercoat auf den neuesten Stand gebracht. Ein sehr guter Bodenanstrich mit einer garantierten Haltbarkeit von 15 Jahren. Das Boot wurde 2018 gespritzt.

Motor/Ausrüstung
Das Boot wird von einem Volvo Penta D2-55C mit 55 PS angetrieben und hat eine Geschwindigkeit von etwa 7 Knoten. Etwa 1400 Motorstunden. Das Boot ist auch mit einem Bugstrahlruder von Vetus ausgestattet. Elektrische Ankerwinde von Lewmar am Bug sowie eine elektrische Winde am Heck mit einer 50 m langen Dockleine, installiert im Jahr 2023.
