For sale Quant 23. Hull no 008. 2017 year. The boat has been minimally used and always stored indoors during the off-season.

Length 7.08m, beam 1.93m, draught 1.75m, total displacement 330kg, keelbulb 60kg. Main sail 23.85 m² (fully battened, 1 reef, membrane Technora black), jib 10.57 m² (fully battened, self tacking and square top, membrane Technora black), A1 top gennaker 54m² (Superlite 50= 33g/m²), frac. gennaker 33.2m² (Superkote 75= 40g/m²) . All sails are from Landenberger OneDesign Sails and in perfect condition.

The hull is made from glass sandwich, PVC foam, Carbon reinforcements, epoxy resin and gelcoat finish. Full Carbon foils, Carbon keel and Carbon rudder. Highmodulus Carbon fibre mast from C-Tech (length of mast is 10.2m. incl. Carbon spreaders, Carbon sail track, Carbon gooseneck etc. = All is in Carbon). Carbon fibre boom and bowsprit. Dyform wire rigging (5mm), Sta-Lok Bronze turnbuckles, Ronstan hardware, English Braids ropes. The keel is raised or lowered with the help of the main halyard. Carbon outboard engine bracket (removeable).

The boat comes with a trailer and two pieces of full deck cover. Covers for foils, rudder, boom and sails. A boat comes with a lot of documentation (invoices, manuals, quides and tips, VPP etc.).

Perfect allround racing boat. Very fast boat even without foils. You can race in the sports boat category without foils and you will be very competitive. Q23 can be even lighter, if you remove both foils (-34kg) and keel bulb (-60kg, just ease two screws) and save 94kg. The weight of boat will be just 236kg. On the foils, it is a rocket. 13-14kts of BS during upwind, downwind +20kts (27.9kts is the class record so far). It starts foiling in 6kts of wind under the gennaker. Four sailing modes: displacement, planning, semi-foiling and full foiling. Possible to sail with 1-3 crew.
