For sale is a unique 45-foot deck saloon yacht, launched in 2009, built in 2008, from third ownership. The yacht is currently still in use but absolutely ready to sail around the world, i.e. “turnkey for use”.

The yacht is in very good condition and has been partially professionally maintained. EU VAT paid in 2019 and equipped in Germany for a world circumnavigation by the second owner. From 2023–2024 under full professional management with refits, essential maintenance, and upgrades. The yacht has never been chartered, always privately used, and is currently cruising in the southern Adriatic. At the end of the season, she will be located in the northern Adriatic, where a berth is available until April 2026, which can be extended if needed without issues.

Hunter deck saloon yacht in American equipment style and significantly more solidly built than comparable yachts of this size, with a special rig system without backstay, extreme standing height of over 2 m in the saloon, typically American large showers and seating areas. Zum Verkauf steht eine einzigartige 45-Fuß-Deckssalonyacht, die 2009 vom Stapel gelaufen ist und 2008 gebaut wurde, aus dritter Hand. Die Yacht ist derzeit noch in Gebrauch, aber absolut bereit, um die Welt zu umsegeln, d.h. "schlüsselfertig für den Gebrauch".

Die Yacht ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wurde teilweise professionell gewartet. EU-Mehrwertsteuer in 2019 bezahlt und in Deutschland für eine Weltumsegelung durch den zweiten Eigner ausgerüstet. Sie ist kein Racer, aber sehr stabil bei schwerem Wetter und ideal für Einhandsegeln mit 7-10 Knoten um die Welt.
