When Hallberg-Rassy launched the HR342 in 2005, the model was very well received by both the press and owners. Here, the shipyard managed to combine the well-known Hallberg-Rassy feel with a more modern hull, greater sailing pleasure and more light and spaciousness than many of the previous models.

The result was a boat that is described by many as one of the most successful models in its size class – large enough for long-distance sailing and comfortable family life on board, while providing a more lively and responsive sailing experience than the traditional heavier center cockpit models.

This is a boat that works just as well for archipelago trips along the Norwegian coast as for long stretches of ocean. The deep, protected cockpit provides safety and comfort in all kinds of weather, while the well-thought-out deck layout makes the boat very well suited for sailing with a small crew.

No. 21 was delivered new to a Norwegian owner in April 2006 and appears to be a complete and properly equipped example with significant upgrades and regular professional follow-up. Among other things, a new engine in 2024, a new gas system and the digital radar should be mentioned. The boat has been carefully winterized and has been regularly maintained by Hallberg-Rassy and specialist workshops in Sweden.

Conditions

The buyer is informed that the boat is being sold “as is”, cf. the Norwegian Purchase Act § 19. This means that the boat is taken over in the condition it was in when the contract was concluded, including any faults, defects or wear and tear typical of age and use.

The seller disclaims liability for hidden faults or defects, unless there are circumstances covered by the Norwegian Purchase Act § 19 second paragraph, including significant defects or conditions that the seller knew or should have known about and has not disclosed.

The buyer confirms that he has had the opportunity to inspect the boat and is encouraged to have made his own investigations before entering into the agreement.
