Designed by Philippe Harlé and built in France by Kirie, the Feeling 1090 combines rewarding sailing performance with practical accommodation. The accommodation comprises three double cabins, two additional saloon berths and a separate heads compartment. Improvements completed in 2021 reportedly included new upholstery, headlinings, mattress foam and covers, together with reconditioning of the Volvo diesel engine.

On deck, TROPI is equipped for both coastal cruising and longer stays aboard. Highlights include a Rocna primary anchor with electric windlass, Fortress kedge anchor, slab-reefing mainsail, genoa, self-tailing winches, autopilot and a comprehensive set of mooring lines. Her sugar-scoop stern, long folding bathing ladder and cockpit shower provide easy access to the water.
