3-Cabin Version with 1 Bathroom

Interior: Spacious saloon with folding table, linear galley equipped with a 2-burner stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave. Good-sized forward cabin with a double bed, two spacious aft cabins, each with a double bed, and an excellent bathroom.

Sails: Mainsail in good condition, furling system (Selden) installed in 2020. Genoa and furling system replaced in 2006. New sheets and halyards (2024).

Electronics: Compass, VHF/DSC, GPS/Chartplotter, Autopilot, Depth Sounder, Speed Log, Wind Instrumentation, EPIRB (new in 2025) and CD radio.

Other Equipment: New alternator and fuel injection pump (2024), fuel tank cleaned in 2024, Saildrive serviced in 2025 (2026), engine battery, AGM battery (2025), new bathroom seacocks (2025). All saloon cushions reupholstered in 2023.

Additional Information: Bimini, Sprayhood, new electric anchor windlass (2025), life raft, bilge pumps, battery charger, dinghy with outboard engine, shore power connection and hot water system.
