Chaparral 270 Signature is a spacious and comfortable sports cruiser that combines fine seakeeping with generous social areas and good accommodation facilities. This very well-maintained example is from 2007, commissioned in 2008, and has only had two owners. The boat has run about 500 hours and is shipyard-maintained and continuously serviced over the years.

On board there are four regular berths with the possibility of two additional sleeping places by burying the dinette under the canopy. The well-planned interior offers a kitchenette with electric stove, microwave and two refrigerators, separate toilet with septic tank and shower both inside and outside. The aft deck provides plenty of space for socializing and the boat has generous storage space, including a large aft cabin.

The engine is a MerCruiser 496 MAG with 375 hp together with Bravo 3-drive and stainless steel propellers. The cruising speed is about 25–26 knots. For high comfort on board there are, among other things, Kohler generator, Eberspächer heater, AC, hot water heater, shore power, bow thruster, trim tabs and windlass in both bow and stern. The boat is also equipped with Simrad GO9 GPS with touch screen, echo sounder, two solar cells, TV and stereo.
