Bei dem zum Verkauf stehenden Boot handelt es sich durch das frühe Baujahr um ein äußerst robust gebautes, bewährtes Boot. Durch die umfangreichen Renovierungsarbeiten 2025/2026 ist es technisch auf dem neuesten Stand und kombiniert somit das Beste aus den zwei Generationen. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist, dass es sich hier nicht um eine der gängigen do-it-yourself-Verschönerungen handelt, sondern dass alle Arbeiten professionell ausgeführt wurden. Die Fotos und aufgeführten Arbeiten sollten für sich sprechen.
Die Kombination aus Platz, Raumgefühl, Bewährtheit und moderner neuer Ausstattung wird es zu diesem Preis auf dem Markt nicht oft geben.
Das Boot wurde die längste Zeit in England gesegelt und liegt seit ca. 6 Jahren auf den Kanaren, wurde dort aber wenig bewegt. Die Prout ist auf den Kanaren Einfuhrversteuert, also legal eingeführt und könnte somit ohne Zeitlimit auf den Kanaren bleiben.
Durch das Großsegel mit Rollmast und die Rollgenua lässt sich das Boot sehr gut Einhandsegeln und in jeder Situation direkt aus dem Cockpit bedienen. Das stehende Gut mit dem Rollmast ist deutlich neuer als das Boot. Die Snowgoose 37 ist durch die durchgängigen Schotte nahezu unsinkbar und im Allgemeinen für schlechtes Wetter konstruiert und hat sich schon bei zahlreichen Atlantiküberquerungen bewiesen. Im Cockpit ist man sehr gut auch bei sehr schlechten Wetterverhältnissen geschützt. Der Autopilot hat das Boot sehr gut im Griff und arbeitet zuverlässig auch bei widrigen Atlantikbedingungen.
Die Snowgoose ist startklar und steht ohne Wartungsstau bereit für alle Abenteuer die die Ozeane bieten!
Der Wohnraum ist durch das offene Konzept sehr geräumig und bietet vom Salon aus fast Rundumblick. Durch die geringe Breite von 4,65m passt das Boot auch in viele Mono-Liegeplätze und man kann oft mit Liegegebühren ohne Katamaran-Aufschlag rechnen.
Das Boot kann jederzeit auf Teneriffa besichtigt werden, eine Videotour vorab ist möglich.
