Originally built by Pogo Structures to the renowned Finot-Conq design as Class40 No. 46, she remained part of the Class40 fleet until 2023. Unlike many boats of her generation, she was never subjected to years of intensive professional campaigning, resulting in a comparatively lightly used platform that has since been extensively upgraded for offshore cruising while carefully preserving her original performance character. Rather than converting her into a conventional cruising yacht, the objective has always been to create a self-sufficient offshore yacht while remaining true to her Class40 heritage.
The result is a highly capable offshore yacht equally suited to racing, fast cruising and offshore passagemaking. She delivers exceptional performance while remaining manageable by a small crew or a solo sailor.
The yacht recently completed a Lisbon–Lanzarote–Madeira–Lisbon Atlantic circuit and is fully operational, thoroughly tested and ready for immediate offshore use.
Major upgrades (2022–2025)
Carbon mast with renewed rod rigging
Composite Dyneema backstays
High-end deck hardware throughout
Three Facnor furling systems
Additional winches and Dyneema running rigging
Complete energy system refit (LiFePO₄, alternator, hydrogenerator, solar, inverter)
Hull stripped and recoated with VC Offshore EU antifouling
Unlike many Pogo 40s, this yacht combines recent rigging, a completely modern energy system, fully redundant navigation systems and an extensive sail inventory. The result is a rare turnkey offshore package requiring no significant further investment.
