GRABAU INTERNATIONAL SERVICES:

Project Management through-out the new build. The services from project management includes but is not limited to following:
Progress reporting
Quality reporting, reporting of findings and non-findings during the build
Customer care, keeping the customer up to date on bi-weekly bases with decisions needed to be taken and critical items to be decided on
Customer visits and meetings
Testing and sea-trials of the boat. When the boat is ready and launched OQS will together with the customer make all necessary tests for the boat according to agreed program.
This program includes a minimum of 5 sea-trials of which one is overnight sea-trial in the archipelago of Finland.
