General

This 1988 Jongert 2800S is a 28.75-meter steel-hulled sailing yacht built in the Netherlands. It is designed specifically for extended, blue-water cruising. The exterior features 17-millimeter teak decks that were installed in 2016. The deck layout centers around a midship cockpit protected by a hardtop and side enclosures, providing a sheltered operating and seating area in all weather conditions. The aft deck offers a large shaded space under an awning. This area leads directly to an opening transom with a hydraulic swim platform. A five-meter garage stores the included 4.20-meter Joker tender, which is operated using an internal track and winch system.

The interior is divided to ensure privacy between guests and crew. The guest accommodations are located in the aft section, offering space for up to eight guests across three en-suite cabins. This includes a full-beam master cabin and two twin cabins equipped with additional Pullman berths.

The forward section is dedicated to crew operations, providing six berths across three cabins. This area includes a separate crew galley and pantry to support long voyages. The main galley is equipped for heavy use, featuring Miele appliances, a custom stainless-steel refrigerator, and a 500-liter freezer located in the bilge for long-term food storage.

1x Fisher Panda 12.7 kW (Overhauled 2026; 5,300 hours).

Performance: Cruising speed of 7 knots with a 2,000-nautical-mile range. Fuel consumption is 35 liters per hour at 7.5 knots.

Rigging & Sails: Cutter rig with a 37-meter Rondal aluminum mast and rod rigging. Features Rondal hydraulic in-mast furling for the mainsail and Reckmann hydraulic furling for both headsails.

Capacities: 6,000-liter fuel tank, 3,000-liter fresh water tank, 1,000-liter waste water tank, and a 200-liter-per-hour watermaker.

Navigation & Electronics: Raymarine E120 chart plotter, Segatron autopilot, Furuno Navtex, and B&G wind instruments.

Electrical System: 24V DC / 220V AC system with Mastervolt inverters, 3-phase battery chargers, and 14x Sonnenschein GEL service batteries.
