MAINTANANCE
Atlantic Shipyard in Harlingen has recently completed a full maintenance check, including rigging, engine, genset, watermaker, antifouling, sails, and more. Several technical improvements have also been made, such as better ventilation in the technical space, improved shower drainage, added bookshelves, upgraded antenna cabling for the Starlink system, and the separation of autopilots on the B&G system. Atlantic is currently finalizing the last few tasks. In my opinion, this is one of the most well-thought-out and comprehensively equipped ocean-going yachts, and it is in immaculate condition.

HISTORY
This Garcia 60 belongs to its first owner who had the vessel custom-built. Delivered in 2022, it is fully equipped for liveaboard and global cruising, designed for easy handling by a small crew. The current owner sailed from the shipyard towards the Mediterranean and completed an ARC transatlantic crossing. From the Caribbean, they sailed towards New York and returned to the Netherlands, where it currently resides. Fiore sailed approx. 15.500 nmls in total. All scheduled maintenance was carried out in the winter of 2024/2025. The yacht is being sold due to a change of plans, presenting a unique
opportunity to embark on a world journey without the usual teething problems that come with a new vessel. Having just completed its maiden voyages, this yacht is ready for new adventures.
